Shipping & Returns

Educators Outlet, Inc. uses FedEx Ground service to ship our packages. Once your order is received, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in stock products.

If you select ship complete, the order will be shipped once all products on your order are in stock.
If you select ship and backorder, all available products will be shipped, and backordered item(s) will ship upon arrival.

Alaska and Hawaii : Once order is received, please allow 10-12 business days for delivery of in stock products. Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS Parcel Service.

Customers with International orders will be charged actual freight and will be responsible for any applicable charges, such as duties, taxes, and customs charges.

Shipping Charges for the Continental United States:

Ground Service
9% of order with a minimum of $7.00.

Alaska, Hawaii ∧ International Orders:

International Orders, please call to verify that we are able to ship to your region.

Ground Service:
For Alaska and Hawaii, we will charge 30% of the order with a $30 minimum.
